Blade Shim Support Kit (3 Hole)

These blade shims or “blade clamp support pads” are used in Polar EMC paper cutters. They fit the Polar 115 EMC (after machine serial number 5103601), Polar 115 EMC-MON (after machine serial number 5103601), Polar 137 EMC, Polar 155 EMC, and the Polar 176 EMC MON paper cutters. They are sold as a kit which includes the following parts:

• Plastic shim or support (224904 or ZA3.224904)
• 2 – Double sided adhesive shim (224910 or ZA3.224910)
• 3 – Plastic flat head screw (201681 or ZA3.201681)
• 6 – Their overall length of these support shims is approximately 177mm long (7″ long) by approximately 40mm wide (1-9/16″ wide). The tapered screw mounting holes are spaced approximately 76mm (3″) apart from each other.
