Returns & Refunds

At LA Grinding, we take pride in providing, sharpening, and servicing the right blades, knives, bits, teeth, and tools to keep your shop moving. Sometimes, a product just isn’t the right fit or something goes wrong in transit. When that happens, we want to make things simple and fair, so we’ve put together clear return and refund guidelines. To provide a fair and transparent experience for all our customers, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review these terms carefully before initiating a return.

  • Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at returns@lagrinding.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fees: All returns (except for defective items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs:
    1. For Customer Remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
    2. For Defective/Damaged products, LA Grinding will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Our main focus is to keep your operation running smoothly with as little downtime as possible. We appreciate your business and thank you for trusting LA Grinding with your sharpening and tooling needs.
