Diablo’s ½” x 18” detail file sanding belts include break-through innovations that improve performance, extend sanding life, and increase productivity. Featuring a premium aluminum oxide blend, these belts remove material faster than other sanding belts and offer an extra-long sanding life. The stearate coating reduces build-up while the premium joint connection ensures the belt can withstand a variety of sanding applications such as heavy stock removal, planing and sanding. Clog-SHIELD™, Diablo’s own blend of grinding agents, reduces loading while the superior grain bonding system, ENDURA-BOND™, delivers longer life and extreme durability.

Assorted Pack includes: (2) 50-Grit/Coarse grit sanding belts for surface leveling and heavy stock/paint removal, (2) 80-Grit/Medium grit sanding belts for moderate stock removal, and (2) 120. Grit/Fine grit sanding belts for final sanding.
