Lower Arm for Polar Cutter Pull Arm 221716. Fits some of the older Polar models; such as the Polar 115 CE paper cutters. Equivalent to original Polar part #221716. Includes the internal bronze bushing (221718) for the guide rod to fit through. Threaded section has M30 X 1.5mm right hand threads
