Pull Arm for Polar 115 CE, 115 EL and 115 EMC Paper Cutters

This complete pull arm assembly (sometimes called a knife draw arm) fits Polar 112 EL, Polar 112 ST, Polar 115 CE, Polar 115 CS, Polar 115 EL, and some of the early Polar 115 EMC paper cutters. (equivalent to Polar 013820, 014128) After approximately 1984 the Polar 115 EMC (sometimes called the EMC I) pull arm style changed to the type that uses a single center shear bolt. These are all completely new, non-OEM, aftermarket parts. The arms themselves are machined complete from SAE 1045 steel. This assembly is supplied as shown in the photo, complete with the following parts:
